What does the process look like to work with BITS?

Our process is relatively simple. We start with a quick phone call to discuss your business and what you are looking for in an IT Partner. We appreciate that every company operates differently, has specific requirements, and that we may not be a good fit! If things do seem like a good fit we will schedule time to come to your location(s) to perform an audit of your Network, Security, Backup, and any other IT systems you have in place. Our audit is designed to inventory your equipment, software, and uncover any potential security issues. We will also investigate any issues around compliance and regulations that may apply to your business.


Once we have performed our audit we will compile a report of our findings, develop a strategic IT plan that is unique to your business, and review all of this with you in detail. Our Managed IT Services Agreement (MSA) does not require a multi-year commitment, has no hidden fees, and don't hold your feet to the fire should things not work out.

2. Monthly Recurring Services - This is the monthly cost for us to provide Managed IT Services to your company.

3. Quarterly Adjustments - We assess our clients usage on a quarterly basis and have a straight-forward fee adjustment based on Users, Computers, and Servers. These changes are presented during our Quarterly Business Review process. There are no hidden fees or complex methods to determine these changes.


Most importantly, we do not require a multi-year agreement to provide our Complete IT Solution!
