Due to the nature of work a company like ours does it is easy to get mired in tech and forget about what makes all of this technology possible; People! We pride ourselves on the platform we use to proactively deal with technical issues, secure our client environments, and back them up. We also take a lot of pride in not hiding behind a ticketing system, following up on issues, and picking up the phone to call people just to check in!
Our valued team at Blankenship IT Solutions (BITS) comes from a wide range of experience. We have been owners of IT Consulting companies, IT Support for multi-national companies, Customers of Managed IT Service Providers, leaders of IT Consulting firms, and many more! The point here is that we have seen all angles of the IT Industry from the inside out. Our collective success has included our ability to deliver superior technology products but ultimately it has been because of our attention to the people aspect of technology.
We are firm believers that if there is an issue between a company and their IT service provider (or any vendor really) in general the cause is 80% people/communication issues and 20% technology issues. What we mean is that a potentially small tech issue can often become a much larger problem by not communicating properly. This could be setting the wrong expectation, not being transparent about a problem, playing “The Blame Game” and not owning things, or simply failing to respond.
Our tech game is really strong, we are sure of that. What we are even more confident in is our ability to communicate and execute!
